Finance Manager

I am Finance Professional.

• Ø Responsible for the company’s budget, monthly, Quarterly, variance analysis compared with budgeted data/ periods, assesses organization performance against the annual budget and the long terms strategy.
• Ø Providing comprehensive information to shareholders and justify the need of capital injections.
• Ø Ensures that adequate controls are installed by creating, implementing and enforcing Policies, Trackers, reports, etc.
• Ø Improved the company’s bottom line by optimizing the use of provisions, optimizing the use of cash resources, improving the gross and net margins in the costing sheets.
• Ø Attend Shareholder’s and board meetings, Oversee and discussed presentations on the performance and the budget..  
• Ø Finalization of Company Accounts.
• Ø Responsible to file Monthly/Annually Sales Tax and Income Tax returns with all reconciliations.
• Ø Maintained good working relations with the bankers and continuously seek more favorable terms and conditions with the overdrafts facilities and short/ long terms financing activities.
• Ø Strict follow up on the AR & collection activities.
